Terms
Last updated 20 October 2026
TruvAIn is held and maintained by Three Rivers AI LLC, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. TruvAIn is an invite-only beta. These terms cover this site, its waitlist form and its beta application.
What this page is
It describes TruvAIn and lets you ask to join the beta or be told when access opens. The beta is invite only: invited users create an account and use research briefs. Some beta accounts pay a discounted monthly price, set with each customer and invoiced separately. No card is taken in the app, and nothing on this page is an offer to buy.
The demo is not real
Every company, person, figure, date, and source shown in the demo is fictional and exists to show the format of a brief. The company it shows does not exist. Nothing in that demo should be read as information about any real company, and no figure in it is a benchmark or a promise about what a real brief will contain.
Joining the list is not a commitment either way
Signing up does not buy anything, does not reserve anything, and does not guarantee you access when access opens. It also does not obligate you to anything. Either of us can walk away and nothing is owed.
What is built and what is not
Where this page marks something as on the roadmap, that means it is not available. Roadmap labels describe intent, not a delivery date and not a commitment. We label them that way so the difference stays visible.
Availability
This is a marketing page and it is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be reachable at any particular moment, and we may change or remove any part of it, including the description of the product, as the product changes.
Maps and business listings
TruvAIn includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of them is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Three Rivers AI LLC is a Pennsylvania company and operates out of Pittsburgh.
