Remove your name from TruvAIn

TruvAIn writes research briefs about manufacturing companies for the sales reps who visit them. A brief can name a person who works at the company, when a page the company or the press published names them with their job title.

Draft for legal review. This page and its wording have not yet been reviewed by counsel.

What a brief can show about a person

  • Your name and your business title, as a public page about the company prints them.
  • The plant or office that page ties you to.
  • A business phone number or email address the company itself published beside your name. A personal mailbox or a home address is never kept.
  • A short quote from that page and a link to it.

What TruvAIn does not do

  • It never reads people-search sites, data brokers or social networks.
  • It shows a named person only when what the page gives for them is in the United States.
  • It keeps a named person on a stored brief for 90 days, then takes them off.

How removal works

  • Enter your name and the company you work for. Add the company's website if you like; it helps match the right company.
  • We keep only a one-way code made from your name and the company, never the name itself. From then on, every brief for every customer leaves you out, and briefs already written are cleared within a day.
  • We send nothing back and we do not say whether your name was ever shown. The answer is the same for everyone.

If your name is also the name of your company, write to us and we will handle it by hand.
