TruvAIn is held and maintained by Three Rivers AI LLC, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This site is a waitlist and a beta application. It is not the product, and the only things it does with your information are put you on a list, read your application, and email you when access opens.
What the waitlist form collects
When you submit the waitlist form, we store the work email you typed, and the company and what-you-sell fields if you filled them in. Both of those are optional and the form works without them. Alongside those we store which of the two forms you used, the referring page your browser reported, your browser's user agent string, and the time you signed up.
What the beta application collects
The beta application asks for more, because it is an application. When you submit it, we store the invite code you entered, your first and last name, your work email, your company, the industry you picked, and your three written answers: what you sell, how you research accounts today, and what would make this worth paying for. Alongside those we store the referring page your browser reported, your browser's user agent string, and the time you applied. Submitting requires accepting the Terms and this policy, and the submission itself is the record of that. Together with the waitlist list above, that is the complete list.
What this page does not collect
We do not store your IP address on your signup or your application. We do not set cookies. There is no advertising pixel, no Meta or Facebook tracking, no ad network of any kind, and no fingerprinting on this site. Both forms have a hidden field that only automated submissions fill in, and when it is filled the submission is discarded without being written anywhere.
The one thing that measures traffic
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see how many people visit, which pages they read, where they arrived from, and how quickly the site loads on real devices. Neither one sets a cookie, writes to your browser's storage, or fingerprints your device, which is why there is no consent banner on this site. Neither one can identify you, and neither is connected to any advertising network. We added this on 11 August 2026 and this page changed on the same day, which is the promise below being kept rather than broken.
Rate limiting, and the one hashed value
To stop a single source flooding either form, we count submissions per address over a ten minute window. We do this without keeping the address: it is salted and hashed first, and only the hash is stored. Those rows are deleted automatically once they fall outside the window, so nothing accumulates. The hash is used for counting and for nothing else.
The one email
Signing up for the waitlist sends a single confirmation email. There is no sequence behind it and none is planned. The next email you get from us is the one telling you access is open. If sending that confirmation fails for any reason, your signup is still recorded, because being on the list is the part that matters. A beta application sends no automatic email at all; a person reads it and replies.
Who else handles it
Three companies touch this data because they run the infrastructure. Supabase stores the list and the applications. Resend sends the confirmation email. Vercel hosts the site, runs the code that writes the row, and provides the cookieless traffic and speed measurement described above. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and no one outside those providers and Three Rivers AI receives it.
How long we keep it
We hold your signup or application until access opens or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. There is no automatic deletion schedule, and we would rather say that plainly than name a period the system does not actually enforce.
Getting your information removed
Email ethan@threeriversai.io and ask. We will delete your row and confirm when it is done. You do not need an account, a form, or a reason.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top changes too. We will not quietly widen it.
